SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Orders:
Your Limited Edition Giclees will be shipped to you via UPS Delivery or US Post Office delivery.
Please make sure that your shipping address is a secure address that can receive either UPS deliveries or US Post Office deliveries.
After confirmation of your order by Mari Hall, please allow 2-3 weeks for your Limited Edition Giclee to arrive.  You will be notified by email when your Limited Edition Giclee has been shipped to you, along with a tracking confirmation number.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DAMAGED PRINTS
If your Limited Edition Giclee is damaged during shipping, please contact Mari Hall at marihall35698@yahoo.com within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

EXCHANGES
Please no exchanges!

RETURNS
Of course, I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! You can return your Limited Edition Giclee and get a refund on the purchase price.

If you want to return your Limited Edition giclee, please contact Mari Hall at marihall35698@yahoo.com within 7 days of receipt of your Limited Edition giclee.

Return Shipping Instructions
Please use the original shipment packaging for safe returns of your giclee.

Refunds will be given provided your Limited Edition giclee is returned undamaged, along with the original Certificate of Authenticity.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance for the full purchase price.  All Limited Edition Fine Art giclees must be insured for the original purchase price, in case of damage to the fine art giclee during the return shipping.

Refunds are issued with a Cashier’s Check from Bank of America or a similar banking institution after receiving the returned undamaged giclee with the original Certificate of Authenticity.
